Next, we'll schedule a 60-minute conference call date and time (usually after normal business hours) that is convenient for everyone in your group.
Then, we'll send out email invitations along with dial-in instructions. Sometimes we may even add a Webcast, though in most cases a simple conference call works best.
Each of your colleagues can dial in from anywhere: their home, office, car, the beach or wherever. There is no need for participants to be in the same room, though of course you can all call in from one line if you like.
