Jamie is one of the most innately talented people

Steve Smith - With
over 25 years of marketing experience - nine years
as the former Vice President of Marketing of a leading

Sandy, Director of Account Management and Agency Operations - True to the entrepreneurial spirit interlaced throughout all aspects of Healthcare Success Strategies, Sandy works directly with clients and also manages our team of Account Managers. Christine T., Director of Client Training and Account Manager - Christine has personally trained hundreds of healthcare practice staffs nationwide, and also acts as one of our Account Managers (client liaisons). Michelle, Account Manager - Michelle was referred to us by one of our team members and works out of her Virginia Beach office. Michelle brings a traditional advertising agency background to us and she loves our results-based focus. Charles, Media Guru and Account Manager
Charles has over 25 years of experience in media planning, buying and research with specific expertise in national, regional and local direct response broadcast strategies and analysis. He previously was media director of Christopher Thomas Associates. Charlie oversees and manages all media plans and budgets for various clients including SpaFinder, regionally based health care institutions and health care products. Charlie has extensive experience in television, newspapers, magazines, cooperative mailings, Internet marketing, outdoor and other media. During his career, he was instrumental in the successful multi-million-dollar media launch of the popular diet supplement, Metabolife. He has also served as a marketing consultant with AT&T, Playboy Enterprises and Tribune Entertainment, helping to develop revenue-generating strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and media outlets.Charles is an experienced negotiator, strategist and Account Manager utilizing years of media, marketing, sales, management skills and long term industry relationships which help support the marketing efforts of all his clients. George Hardman, Video Producer
– Since 1990, George has worked in video and
film production. He started his career with commercial
production in the art department then advanced into
all facets of video production. He takes an "old
school" approach to film & video production
while applying the most up-to-date technology. His
concept is based on quality professional craftsmanship,
with a fully trained crew, offering digital broadcast-quality
multimedia video and High Definition. George is
on the cutting edge of technology with streaming
video to the internet and building advanced DVD
productions.
George has traveled to 60 countries and has produced
numerous corporate videos, commercials and 3 adventure
documentaries,. He is the winner of numerous awards
including a 2009 Communicator award. To put it simply,

Karen, Account Manager - Having 20 of years marketing experience, Karen's background is primarily direct response, database management and printing. Her sole mission in business has been to profitably sell through results-driven marketing. Lonnie and Stewart worked with Karen early in her career, and we were very pleased to recruit her to work with us again at Healthcare Success Strategies. In addition to working with hundreds of doctors, Karen has worked on many national client accounts including Countrywide Home Loans, General Mills, Pepsi-Cola, Heinz, Ore-Ida, Lawry's, RJR Nabisco, Sears/Discover, Nestle, NordicTrack, Slick 50, Radio Shack, 3M, Pleasant Holidays, Ralph's, Vons, Lion King, Kroger, Winn-Dixie, Publix and Albertson's. We love Karen's extraordinary attention to detail, along with her excellent account management skills.
Chase, Art Director, Web Designer and SEO Expert - Chase is one of our primary Internet marketing specialists, and works with our clients and our own corporate marketing. He designs websites and implements search engine optimization strategies. Additionally, Chase designs ads and print collateral for our clients. Like so many of our "All Stars," we've worked with Chase for years. In addition to working with hundreds of healthcare clients, Chase has a strong background in real estate and tourism.
Marisa, Art Director and Web Specialist - In the midst of traveling and studying art and photography in Florence, Italy, Marisa obtained a Bachelor's Degree in graphic design from Chapman University. Over the past 10 years, Marisa has elevated her creative talent to clearly illustrate your practice's vision. As both a freelance artist and as an Art Director for the country's largest healthcare marketing firm, she has gained invaluable marketing knowledge that she can offer your practice today. In her spare time (and she does have some) Marisa volunteers for the ALS Association, a nonprofit organization to further research and assist those with Lou Gehrig's disease.
Steve, Art Director and Web Specialist - Steve is a seasoned professional with a modern design sensibility. While his portfolio consists of award winning work, his first priority is to produce results for clients - marketable results that translate into increased revenues. Time and again he has proven his ability to integrate his expertise with a practice. He centers his attention on a client's needs, goals, budgetary considerations, and aims to identify with the client's company philosophy and mission, and then translates that into an excellent finished product. Steve's experience with art direction on hundreds of campaigns, in a variety of healthcare modalities, gives him unique insight on how to creatively represent healthcare practices. Simona, Art Director - A talented Art Director with years of experience, Simona helps to create unique and compelling design campaigns for Healthcare Success Strategies. For almost a decade, Simona has worked in association with Lonnie and Stewart and has served over 800 clients in the healthcare field alone. In addition to her expertise in healthcare marketing, she has also worked as a Senior Art Director for a major casino as well as an Internet search engine company. Simona began her career with a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts with an emphasis in design, and fell in love with art upon frequenting museums as a child.

Cassie, Art Director - We found Cassie on a referral from one of our favorite writers. (We've been thankful ever since.) Cassie brings us terrific print design and is a true team player. Scott, Art Director - Scott brings us 17 years experience and is our "secret weapon" for large format art design, including trade shows and outdoor advertising. Large format is a separate subspecialty within the art world, and we are pleased to work with him on appropriate projects. He has worked with many big name companies including Alpine BioMed, Amirsys, Toshiba, Espon, Clarion, Yamaha Snowmobiles, DS Waters, and Infocus.
Anne, Senior Writer - Anne has more than 17 years of experience writing search engine-optimized Web content and marketing collateral for Fortune 500 corporations, private practices, professional services firms, government organizations and small businesses. Clients include leading organizations such as Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard, American Express, Transamerica, Tenet Health Systems and Nextel. She specializes in the medical, dental, legal, financial services and technology fields. Holly, Senior Writer - At the risk of being redundant, Holly has worked with us since the late 1990s on hundreds of private healthcare practice campaigns. Meredith, Senior Writer - Like almost all of our writers, we've worked with Meredith for many years. We love her both for her writing and can-do spirit. Always honing her craft, Meredith is also one of our most prolific writers. In fact, Meredith has written more campaigns for doctors than nearly anyone on the planet. A few years ago Meredith moved to the Midwest with her husband, but thanks to email, faxes and a lot of phone calls, we are able to keep her as busy as she wants to be.

Patrick Hasson - Commercial Director/Writer/Producer
- Patrick is our "go-to" person for most of our client
commercials and other video needs. Patrick is a rare individual
with a terrific creative sensibility (concept, "eye,"
writing, shooting) who can also manage the many people
involved with producing a video or commercial. Because
he's a friend, he is happy to work with us on private
practice-level budgets. When he's not working with us,
he works in Hollywood as an award-winning writer/director
of feature films, commercials, documentaries, and music

Julia, Administrator and "Queen Bee" - Julia was Healthcare Success Strategies' first employee. She will adamantly tell you that Lonnie and Stewart are THE definitive experts on healthcare practice marketing. (The fact that she is married to Lonnie doesn't bias her one bit!) A true team player, Julia helps out wherever needed. Because we do so much volume through Rick, we have "leverage" with the printers we work with, and also are able to negotiate competitive rates on behalf of our clients.
Cheryl, Bookkeeper Extraordinaire - Cheryl is in charge of everything financial with our company (bookkeeping, planning, cash flow, collections, billing, etc.). She also is the liaison with our CPA and other advisors.
