Healthcare Success, a fast-paced, dynamic marketing agency in Orange County, CA, is seeking a highly motivated digital account manager to join our team! This is a client-facing position, responsible for taking on some of our top digital clients, building and refining our paid search and paid social offerings, and improving our strategies moving forward.The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a knack for communication and problem solving. You’ll have the opportunity to grow in a fast-paced team environment built on innovation, respect, teamwork, and fun!What You’ll Do:Serve as the primary point of contact for select new and existing digital clients, focusing on innovative ideas, revenue growth, and retention;Lead and manage the agency’s day-to-day management of clients’ digital programs along with each client’s strategy;Interact with clients on a regular basis to plan and manage digital programs; the amount of interaction with the client will be prescribed by the needs of the specific client service team, client relationship, and scope;Complete digital projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget;Be responsible for campaign build-outs, day-to-day campaign management, budgets and optimizations in support of client goals;Utilize reporting, analytics, and trend tools daily, including but not limited to Google Ads, Yahoo/Gemini Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Ads;Develop strategic approaches across client verticals;Proactively research campaign issues and formulate actionable solutions based on your findings.Who You Are:You’re comfortable jumping into a new account, taking ownership of it, and forming an impactful relationship with the client.You’re a problem solver with lots of creative, innovative ideas, but you’re always willing to learn new things, too.Friends describe you as a “people person”—you’re a strong presenter with excellent oral and written communication skills (and, hopefully, a healthy sense of humor).You’re fascinated by and experienced with the ever-changing world of PPC/SEM and paid social media, optimization techniques, and bid management.You have a general understanding of Display Media, SEO, Affiliates, Feeds, Mobile, and Attribution.You speak the language of paid search and paid social media, understanding the metrics and what they mean (CTR, CPC, Engagement Rate, Action Rate, etc.).Desired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, or relevant business discipline;A minimum of 3-4 years of digital account management experience focusing on paid search and paid social media planning and buying; agency and/or healthcare experience preferred;Google Ads, Bing Ads Certifications or Extensive Knowledge;Bonus points for experience in copywriting, Canva/Photoshop, Unbounce, Facebook ads (or certification), simple video editing, basic HTML, SEO, and/or WordPress.Where You’ll Work:Collaboration is essential to how we operate, and we’ve structured our office accordingly.
